How long will it be like this?

We are now in the second year of lockdown. The government is tightening controls to reduce the spread of the disease. But we cannot say how effective it is. Although the lowest number of Covid positive cases has been reported in the last three months in July, the situation in Kerala is not at all optimistic. Although the overall TPR rate in the country is less than 3%, in Kerala alone it is more than 10%.

At the same time, the lives of middle class people are becoming more and more miserable day by day. Inability to find money for daily expenses and children's education. Those who lived and did small business could not open shops and offices. Items stored in the store cannot be sold because they are out of date. Those who used to work in private companies now have no jobs and no income. Most of the tourist spots are closed. Tourism was a major source of income for Kerala. The lockdown has led to thousands of people working in the area, both directly and indirectly. No one knows how long it will take you to get back to normal life.

People's moods are also starting to see big changes. Everyone is going through a lot of stress because they have to stay at home. People expect positive and effective decisions and actions from the authorities. Yet we all hope that a cure from this epidemic will be possible as soon as possible.
